Our fixed fee prices are just that, fixed. NEVER any hidden extras. The price we quote is the price you pay and with labour charged at 1/2 hour increments (£15), you'll never pay more than you need to.
We offer a free assessment on PC and Laptops meaning it will cost you nothing to find out exactly what the problem is and how much it will cost to repair. A service offered by other stores ONLY if you go ahead with the repair, an un-necessary clause we feel. After we have assessed your machine, if you don't want to go ahead with the repair, simply collect your machine at no cost.
If you do go ahead with the repair, 80% of all repairs are completed within 48hours (40% of all work is completed the same day) and our prices are amongst the lowest in town.
